- Contract initiation:
- According to the Section 11of the Indian Contract Act, 1872- “A person is competent to take part in a contract only if he/she has attained the age of 18 years”. Peau Care allows only the persons of or above 18 years of age to create an account and make purchase.
- All the terms &conditions will come into effect only when a person places an order. The cancellation of order/orders and suspension of the account are at the sole discretion of ‘Peau Care’.
- Though a confirmative e-mail regarding the placement of order/orders is generated and send to the customer as he purchase a stuff but the legal bindings/ contract will be established only after the delivery of our product to the concerned person.
- Customer’s undertakings:
- It is the responsibility of customer to provide the truthful and accurate contact and correspondence information. Only the customer will be held accountable for any emergency or undesired/unpleasant situation arising as a result of the wrong information. The Peau Care will not be held liable for any such crisis.
- Customer disseminating unlawful objects or harping to objectionable activities will get their account suspended.
- Contents on the site:
- Images, designs, media options, frame, templates, themes and description of the products are for the convenience of customers. Other use of these graphics along with re-production of the content for any other commercial use will lead to legal consequences.
- Framing technologies for enclosure of Logo, Trademarks themes styles and other information are also against the law.
- Other Specifications:
- The Peau Care reserves all the rights to revise the website, policies and conditions at any time but the customer’s contract shall prevail in the same form as that was at the time of purchase.
- Though utmost care is taken in providing the correct and accurate product information, images and descriptions but we are not liable for any inaccuracy or differences in the actual product delivered online or purchased from shop. Shapes and colors may also differ from the representative images.
- Customers contracted are likely to receive promotional messages and e-mails. If they want to stop this subscription then they can contact and opt themselves out of it.
- It would be prudential for the customer to notify us about the concerns regarding the product quality on the same day of delivery.
- We reserve all the rights to modify the terms and conditions of an offer even without any prior notice. In all such cases the decision of the Peau Care will be considered final.
