Signing up:

Only the persons of or above 18 years of age are permitted to sign up at the site and to make a purchase. All the terms and conditions will come into effect as soon as a person places the order. The suspension of account and cancellation of orders are at the sole discretion of Peau Care.

These data are helpful in improving our services which makes our website much more efficient. This information thus procured is never shared with any other party anyhow in any circumstances.

Prices mentioned:

1. The prices keep on changing with time but the products will be charged according to amount displayed against it at the time of purchase.      
2. The total cost of the transaction including the product will be debited at once at the time of placing the order.
3. The prices indicated on the products are inclusive of GST and only the indicated amount is to be paid. No hidden cost ahead.

Orders:

1. The orders placed will be confirmed by an e-mail and sms, but such mail is not an acceptance by us. The contract would only be established after the final delivery of product.
2. In case of wrong contact information provided, then it would only be the responsibility of customer to let us know and make the required changes. The Peau Care will not be held responsible anyhow in such kind of cases.
3. It is also the customer’s responsibility to check the spam filtration of e-mail service provider, in case the mail generated is passed on to spam folder. 

Order Cancellation:

1. For COD as payment method, the orders can be cancelled only before the dispatch of package. After dispatch, it will only be exchanged or refunded after the delivery.
2. (b) For the orders being paid in advance by cards/net banking/ UPIs the refund process will initiate next day if the package has not been dispatched. After the dispatch it will only be refunded after the delivery.

Delivery:

1. We are committed to provide the package to the customer in comparatively lesser time- in 3-5 business days. In case nobody is found there to accept the package then we aim to deliver it at the secondary address registered.
2. Harsh climate conditions or legal bindings in an area may hinder the delivery in the stipulated time but the customer will definitely be informed about next delivery attempt. Peau Care shall not be held accountable for any unpleasant condition confronted due to such events.
