Q-1) How to place an order at Peau Care ?
Ans1. Selecting the product which one desire to order, first of all the number of quantity is to be selected which is default set to 1. Then one must select the size/volume of the product from the list of available sizes (in ml).
Then that product can be either added to cart to keep on shopping or can be purchased immediately with buy now option. Then it will show the product along with description of your order and will also ask for using promotional coupons (if any). By this, the product automatically transfers in one’s cart and one can still keep on shopping for more products.
After the checkout option, necessary information regarding the contact and address will be asked along with the delivery and payment information.
Providing them all and paying through the preferred method or selecting the COD, your order will be placed and dispatched. All the relevant information regarding the consignment will always be provided from time to time.
Q-2) How the returns & refunds are tackled ?
Ans2. They are acceptable and processed free of cost but only if:
- The product is in the original form with the quality intact.
- The product is not used anyhow.
- The original packaging along with the price tag, labels, other accessories or freebies provided with the original product are not damaged anyhow.
- Serial number is not damaged.
- The request is initiated within the pre-specified time limit.
Q-3) In COD payment option, how can one cancel the order without needing to pay ?
Ans3. In such case the order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched out from our store, then it cannot be cancelled like this. For those ‘yet to be dispatched’ orders, simply click the option of ‘Cancel Order’ in the My Orders page of Profile.
Q-4) How much time will it take to get the order delivered ?
Ans4. All the orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after successful placement of order. There is also an option of tracking the consignment to check the status at a given time though timely updates are also provided through SMS.
